Heather has been with Timber Ridge since 2013. She has worked with Life Care Services, the manager of Timber Ridge, for 20 years. As executive director of Timber Ridge, her role is focused on assuring resident satisfaction and managing the operation of this Life Plan Community in a financially sound and efficient manner.

Associate Executive Director

Errin has been a licensed Washington nursing home administrator since 2004. As the administrator of Briarwood, his role is to ensure the highest-quality care for residents who reside in assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing, whether temporarily or permanently. He is responsible for the implementation of HealthyLife® Services, a program that recognizes resident autonomy and prioritizes excellent communication with residents and their families.

Director of Health and Wellness

Rae is an experienced geriatric care navigator with a specialty focus on in-home care. Her primary responsibility is to ensure residents have the needed resources to receive the appropriate care, medical services, and support – with the prime aim of maintaining each resident’s independence safely, and for as long as possible. When necessary, Rae and her team work to ensure a smooth transition through the continuum of care. In her spare time, Rae enjoys creating new recipes in the kitchen, creative writing, recreational outdoor activities, and spending time with her spouse and two dachshunds.

Jassy Cheema, director of nursing

With 28 years of experience working in geriatrics, Jassy is dedicated to caring for people. Jassy first joined Timber Ridge in 2007 as the director of nursing services of Briarwood. Her responsibility is to ensure the services provided comply with the highest standards of quality care and that Briarwood residents benefit from the training and guidance she provides her nursing staff.

Diana Hoyos, director of environmental services

Director of Environmental Services

Diana has been with Timber Ridge since 2008 and has 30 years of experience in senior living. She started as supervisor of environmental services and was promoted to department director in 2016. Timber Ridge residents enjoy weekly housekeeping and flat laundry services which, under Diana’s direction, are done expertly and responsively to residents’ wishes.

Jill has been with Timber Ridge since 2009 and has approximately 15 years of senior living management experience. Jill and her staff offer prospective residents a wealth of knowledge regarding senior housing options in the greater Seattle area. Jill views her responsibility as helping prospective residents and their advisers learn and understand their options so they can select a Life Plan Community that offers both an enjoyable lifestyle and comfortable financial fit.

Toni Andersson

Director of Accounting

Meet Toni, a skilled accounting professional with a passion for numbers, family, and the residents of Timber Ridge. With a wealth of experience in accounting and management, Toni has honed his expertise over the years. New to Timber Ridge and senior living, Toni’s number one goal is to serve our residents and ensure that Timber Ridge remains in strict compliance with all accounting standards and that all financial matters are managed with the utmost care and precision. Beyond the corporate world, Toni finds solace and joy in the warm embrace of his family. Family means everything to him, and he cherishes every moment spent together, creating precious memories, and strengthening bonds. Whether it’s a weekend adventure, a cozy movie night, or a simple gathering around the dinner table, Toni values the time spent nurturing relationships; thankfully for Timber Ridge – Toni’s humanity and kindness extends to residents and staff.

Community Life Services Director

Diane started with Timber Ridge in June 2020 and has over 25 years in Community & Recreation Services. Diane’s role in Community Life Services, is to coordinate and mange a wide variety of resident activities, programs, events and transportation services. Residents of Timber Ridge serve on multiple committees with staff to establish these quality programs. There is always something for everyone!

Koufax Cloward

Director of Administrative Services

Koufax joined the Timber Ridge family in March of 2022. In addition to assisting the Executive Director, Koufax oversees a wide array of community programs: the Reception team, Package Clerk, Administrative Assistants, and Notary service program.  As a liaison between staff and residents, Koufax enjoys working closely with both parties. Koufax works to ensure that all residents and guests are provided with the best service possible – while making meaningful connections in the process.

With a background in education and nine years of HR management experience, Loria believes that a happy, healthy workforce will provide the best service to our residents. She is committed to hiring talented individuals and providing them with professional training, generous compensation, and a safe workplace in an environment of mutual respect.

Anthony Patton, director of plant operations

Anthony Patton

Director of Plant Operations

Anthony is a 15 year veteran of facilities maintenance and engineering, with focused training in HVAC and electrical systems. Prior to joining Timber Ridge, Anthony held leadership roles in building maintenance including chairing and implementing staff safety training programs. Much of Anthony’s past work experience has been in the healthcare field. Wanting to give back, and help others, Anthony is also a volunteer firefighter.

William Abel

Director of Food and Beverage

Never one to shy away from a challenge, William Abel is an experienced chef with nearly 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including fine dining restaurants, senior living, and hotel culinary programs including opening 2 brand new hotels. William has worked his way up in the field, from starting as a dishwasher to getting his degree from Merton College in London and joining management. When not at work, William enjoys life at home with his wife Janine, their 2 cats (Calvin and Hobbes) dog (Castor) and many houseplants.
